ABOUT US

ABOUT US

Established in 2004, Filtertec Systems Ltd is a UK based manufacturer of process filtration equipment. At our site in Suffolk we manufacture a wide range of pleated and melt blown depth filters, and hold extensive stocks of these and other filtration productions for prompt dispatch.

We specialise in supplying OEM, Reseller, and Distributor customers around the world, for whom we provide own branded or plain labelled products at very competitive prices. As we do not have a direct sales presence and do not target end users we avoid any potential conflict with our reseller customers.

As well as supplying products we offer our customers a comprehensive technical support service, with full on-site laboratory facilities and experienced personnel.

BRITISH MANUFACTURING

Filtertec Systems Ltd began as an importer and stockist of filtration products, over the years we have endeavoured to manufacture an increasing percentage of our product range in house.

Pleated filter cartridges are a key product group, we are able to pleat a wide range of filter media, including polypropylene, glass fibre, and polyethersulphone membrane, and assemble into cartridges ranging from 5” to 60” in length, 2” to 6” diameter, with a very extensive range of endcap, core and cage componentry, to retrofit most competitor installations.

A recent development has seen the installation of a meltblown depth filter production facility. We manufacture both nominal and absolute polypropylene filters in lengths up to 70” long, and fit a wide range of endcaps if required.

QUALITY

At Filtertec Systems Ltd we have quality systems, procedures, work instructions and extensive training to ensure that the products we supply meet the requirements of our customers. Our Management Systems have been accredited to ISO9001:2015 by BSI, a renowned global quality certification body.

Our UltraPure meltblown depth filters and UltraPore pleated filter cartridges have been tested by an external laboratory service to ensure material compliance with EC Directive 1935/2004 incorporating 10/2011 on materials and articles intended to come into contact  with foodstuffs
